Generally, when a major update is released, the registration algorithm changes. In order for keys generated by these requests to work, you'll have to insure that you have the most 'up to date version'. The nature of the internet makes it difficult to track all copies of all versions of these programs and this is a way for us to resolve bugs and glitches that were reported and fixed in previous versions.

See question 1 response.

No, one registration applies to all supported platforms. They include Mac OS X (10.2 or higher), Window 95/98/NT/2000/XP, UNIX, Linux.

In your email client (either MS Outlook, Entourage, Netsape mail, etc ) group all the returned mail into a folder and save the content of this folder to a file. (see your email client documentation)

Then, using the JPEE, Recipient List Panel Edit menu --> 'Remove recipients whose emails match parsed entries derived from a file' to remove recipients with bad email addresses (i.e. bounced addresses)

Does JPEE send HTML mail to aol?

It should however alot depends on the receiving client. Here is some information regarding that.:

keyboard shortcut 'command-k' or Menu 'Tools' --> 'Count list items'

I don't know what you are refering to  with regards to using JPEE and bypassing my ISP SMTP server . Doesn't my ISP require the smtp info?

Yes... if you wanted to use their smtp (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) server, but you already have a built-in mail server in every distribution of JPEE. Basically you use your own machine to send mail directly to clients smtp mail server.

What happens to program if I set a scheduled mailing for 20 second intervals, but the message attachment takes 2 minutes to send?  Do you know yet?

The program is supposed to 'wait' until it's each mailing is completed, so a 20 second interval request for a 2 minute mailing, will result in a 2 minute interval regardless.

Trash your preferences (JPEE_Prefs) locationed in the application directory. Your preferences have become corrupted.
